RETURNS:

We do not accept returns on printed items.

• IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US, REFERENCING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR REASON FOR CHANGING/CANCELLING THE ORDER. ONLY IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION CAN IT BE CHANGED/CANCELLED.

• IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE ORDERED AN INCORRECT GARMENT, SIZE OR COLOUR; PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS STATING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REQUESTING WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CHANGED. ONLY IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION CAN IT BE CHANGED.

• PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND CUSTOMERS FOR CHANGE OF MIND. WE CAN ISSUE A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US OR ADJUST THE ORDER ACCORDINGLY, ONLY IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION.

• ALL PRODUCTION TIMES DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE EXCLUDING SHIPPING TIME.

• We can not amend/cancel or credit your order once it is confirmed. Please check your order carefully before making payment at checkout. 

We can not always promise stock to be available once placing an order. We will contact you within 24 hours if the stock is unavailable with an alternative or solution. 

*An order is confirmed once you make payment by entering your shipping & card details at checkout.

• All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after printing.
• We do not take responsibility for any delayed shipping times. Please note the post starts to run slow from 1st December and during the festive season. Please order in advance and allow extra days for shipping.
